Everyone needs a blog, right? Those useless advertisements of our inability to forge real adult relationships with actual people we see face to face on a daily basis.

How many people do you know online who have blogs?

How many people do you know who live on your street...

Yeah, thought so.

So, let's see a little bit about me. I'm husband to a wonderful wife of 16 years and father to four amazingly well adjusted children. I'm author of the Commodore software "Castle of Spirits", "Lifeboat" and "Accounts Easy". More recently I'm author of "TechnoMote" and the Linux personal finance software "CheckBook Tracker".

Currently I'm C.I.O. of Healthcare Contract Resources and part owner and C.I.O. of HCR Imaging, Inc. I'm also C.I.O. of a new Internet startup company and developer of TruckBytes. That's a lot of C.I.O. titles and tends to keep me really busy. Really.

I also toy with photography. Here's my all-time favorite shot, not because of the content as my wife alludes, but because of the technique. She's a hula dancer at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii:

I'm an avid Half-Life 1 mod gamer, including CS, DOD and NS. I also like a good fantasy game like TES: Oblivion.

My spare time not gaming goes to renovating our home which was built in 1916.

And if you want to see my rants regarding Linux and open-source software, it's all online as well.
