GTK Kinetic Scroller Widget for Python
I've finally converted the Kagu Kinetic scrolling selector widget into something usable in GTK.

Features:
- Supplies "scrollitem_click_event" when user clicks a button
- Automatically resizes itself, even while in motion
- User selectable font color and size for button captions
- xpm files can be used for backgrounds of buttons
- Works within the normal GTK event handling system
- Automatically stops scroll with the top button aligned
